1964年北海道北広島市生まれ。札幌の菓子店やリゾートホテルで技術を高め、渡仏。
イッサンジョー国立製菓学校にて研修を受け、講師でもあったジャン=マルク・スクリヴァンに師事。
帰国後、ホテルの製菓長を経て、2009年、北広島市の住宅街に「パティスリー モンタンベール」をオープン。
クラブ・ドゥ・ラ・ガレット・デ・ロワ会員。

    After graduating from a vocational school, he worked in the Western cuisine industry for about 10 years at ANA Hotel Sapporo (currently ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Sapporo) and Hotel Sapporo (currently Premium Hotel Nakajima Park Sapporo). He also has experience working overseas in Germany and Vietnam.
