Facility Introduction
We have a stylish on-campus store and professional facilities, providing a practical learning environment.
Cafe Practice Room (1F)
Natural light pours in through the large windows, creating a bright and open atmosphere. There is also terrace seating, creating a natural and comfortable space. The cafe is equipped with the latest espresso machines and other facilities to rival those of a real cafe.
Practice rooms (1F, 3F, 4F)
We have a full range of professional equipment, including steam convection ovens, so that each student can have hands-on experience with many pieces of equipment. We also have many LCD TVs so that students can get a close-up look at the teacher's work, allowing for more fulfilling lessons.
Flat oven
The temperature can be raised up to 300 degrees, so the food can be thoroughly cooked through. In addition, the three kilns can be used to prepare large quantities, making it ideal for on-campus store training!
Large mixer
This is a large commercial mixer. It is used for mass production of bread and other products, and has a variety of uses, including store training and off-campus events.
Convection Oven
This oven circulates heat to heat ingredients evenly in a short amount of time. We use the same oven as the one used on-site.
Espresso machine
You will learn how to make espresso and latte art using an espresso machine that is actually used in the workplace. You can practice freely after school or during breaks.
