職人さんという言葉には「自らの技を信じ、普く人に納得と感動を与えられる物造りをする方」と言う意味を込めております。 食・スイーツの世界でも個性の尊重が叫ばれるこの頃です。

本校では徹底した基礎・基本の修得の上にこそ個性の表現が可能になるという言う考えを基にしてカリキュラムを構成しています。 創りあげる作品には人柄が滲み出ます。
