Annual Schedule

First Year Event

You will learn basic knowledge and techniques, and through practice, determine the direction you want to go in.

Second Year Event

You will learn more specialized knowledge and skills, and acquire on-the-job capabilities through on-campus store training and off-campus training.

First Year Event

We will leave the campus and visit a farm in Hokkaido. Through experiences that cannot be had at school, such as milking and feeding dairy cows, and making natural cheese, we will learn about the food industry and deepen friendships with our classmates.

This is the first in-school contest held after enrollment. Together with their classmates, students come up with menu ideas, make prototypes, give presentations, and test the technical and practical skills they have acquired in class.

Second Year Event

The sweets, bread, cafes, and drinks that students have learned over the past two years will be shown in the form of a school festival. Families, high school teachers, and the general public will be invited to the event, where they will sell, exhibit, and make presentations.
