Each support offered is subject to individual conditions and screening procedures.

Scholarship Admissions System

The scholarship admission system provides financial support for students who excel academically and as models for our school.
Sanko Gakuen has five types of scholarships, and if you pass the selection process and are accepted as a scholarship student, part of your tuition fees will be waived.

Types of scholarship programs and benefits

There is no obligation to repay. (Except for those who drop out.) The amount of exemption will be reviewed when you advance to the next grade. The above amounts are examples for students who remain in the same type of scholarship until graduation.

This is Sanko Gakuen's unique tuition support system that utilizes the Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship System (100,000 yen or more).

入学手続き時に必要な費用は“入学金10万円のみ”
その後3月下旬までに“教材実習費及びその他の費用”を納入いただきます。授業料+施設設備費実習費は在学期間中に「貸与奨学金」を利用しながら“毎月10万円ずつ”分割でお支払いいただけます。

<Application conditions>

Prior to enrolling in our school, the student was selected as a candidate for the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholarship based on the following criteria:

  • "Type 2 Scholarship (interest-bearing)" of 100,000 yen or more per month

    If you have already applied for a "Type 2 Scholarship (with interest)" of 20,000 to 100,000 yen, you can take advantage of Sanko Gakuen's initial cost reduction and tuition installment system by changing the monthly loan amount to 100,000 yen or more when you submit your enrollment notification after enrolling at our school.
  • A combination of "Type 1 scholarship (interest-free)" and "Type 2 scholarship (interest-bearing)" totaling more than 100,000 yen per month

    Those who have graduated from high school or other such school within the past two years are eligible to apply for a reservation through the school they graduated from.

How to apply

  • Apply for a reserved scholarship from the Japan Student Services Organization at the high school or other institution where you are currently (or were) enrolled. (Please consult with the teacher in charge of scholarships at your high school or other institution.)

  • Please fill in the necessary information in the "Sanko GAKUEN Initial Cost Reduction & Tuition Installment System" application section and enclose a copy of the "Notice of Selection of Candidate" from the Japan Student Services Organization with your application.

    If you are currently applying for a position, please submit a copy of the "Notice of Selection as a Candidate" as soon as you receive the results.

Sanko Gakuen Grant Scholarship & Tuition Payment System

For those who wish to utilize the "grant scholarship" and "tuition reduction" systems and make payments after enrollment using the grant scholarship

Under the new support system for higher education, the amount of support varies depending on household income and whether or not students commute to school from home.

日本学生支援機構「給付奨学金」と「授業料等減免」制度を利用した三幸学園独自の学費サポート制度です。
入学手続き時に必要な費用は“入学金相当額10万円のみ”。その後3月下旬までに“教材実習費及びその他の費用”を納入いただきます。
授業料+施設設備費実習費は“入学後”に「給付奨学金」と「授業料等減免」制度等の申請手続き後、在学期間中にお支払いいただけます。

The 100,000 yen admission fee paid at the time of admission will be transferred to part of the tuition fee after the amount of tuition reduction/exemption has been determined. This cannot be used in conjunction with the Sanko Gakuen Initial Cost Reduction and Tuition Payment Installment System. Depending on the category of your selection, you may be able to pay the difference with a Type 2 Loan Scholarship. If you decline admission for any reason, the 100,000 yen admission fee paid at the time of admission cannot be refunded.

  • Please fill in the necessary information in the "Sanko Gakuen Grant Scholarship & Tuition Payment System" application form and enclose a copy of the "Notice of Accepted Candidates" from the Japan Student Services Organization with your application.

    If you are currently applying for a position, please submit a copy of the "Notice of Selection as a Candidate" as soon as you receive the results.

Other scholarship support

Scholarships from associations, foundations, companies, and the government

This is a system that provides scholarships to students who are having difficulty studying due to financial reasons. Here are some examples. Income requirements and loan amounts vary depending on the type of school you are attending. For more information, please contact each institution.

  • Welfare Loan Program for Single Mothers, Single Fathers, and Widows
    (Study Fund) (Interest-free)

  • Newspaper scholarship program (no repayment required)

  • Ashinaga Scholarship (Interest-free)

Z-College support (tuition guarantee) <Zenhoren Co., Ltd.>

This service is aimed at students who have difficulty paying tuition fees in one lump sum, and allows them to pay tuition fees in monthly installments. Payment of tuition fees is guaranteed even if a payment is delayed.

Local government scholarships

There are many scholarship programs set up by municipalities for people living in their area. Here are some of them. Scholarship conditions vary depending on the municipality, so please contact your local municipality for more information.

Scholarship for students living alone

The Single Living Scholarship Program is a scholarship program for students who live alone and want to focus on their studies.

  • Dormitory scholarship system

    <For those who wish to live alone in a dormitory>

    This is a system that provides a partial exemption from dormitory fees to students who wish to live in the student dormitory with meals provided, and who, after a selection process, are found to be able to behave in an exemplary manner as a dormitory resident.

  • Student Apartment Scholarship Program

    For those looking for a student apartment to live alone

    This is a system in which individuals who wish to live in student apartments affiliated with our school and who, after a selection process, are found to be able to behave in an exemplary manner as students will be exempt from paying the deposit, key money, brokerage fees, etc. (which vary depending on the property) at the time of moving in.

Sanko Gakuen Family Scholarship Program

This is a unique system of our university that provides a grant of 50,000 yen after enrollment if a relative within the second degree of kinship is a Sanko Gakuen graduate *1.

1 This applies to any of the Sanko Gakuen vocational schools, universities, junior colleges, or high schools. You will be informed of the application procedures for the grant after enrollment. Please contact the school staff for details.

Other support (education loan)

National Education Loan (Japan Finance Corporation)

The "National Education Loan" is a long-term, fixed-interest education loan offered by the Japan Finance Corporation, a government-affiliated financial institution.

You can be screened even before applying to our school. For details, please contact the National Education Loan Office.

Affiliated Education Loan

(This is a system that can be used with relaxed eligibility requirements and simple procedures.)

Sanko Gakuen has an educational loan contract with a credit company, so you can apply for the tuition fees necessary for enrollment with a simple procedure.
