Pastry Chef Training
Today we'll be making white chocolate mousse.
Cut out shapes from the dough without wasting any
Freshly baked biscuit joconde is sandwiched with strawberry jelly!
Create layers of mousse (made by mixing granulated sugar, fresh cream, and white chocolate) and biscuit, then chill until firm.
