3. Teachers System
It can be very stressful and difficult to go through job hunting alone. At our school, three people will work with you in your job hunting: your homeroom teacher, the teacher in charge of your practical training, and the teacher in charge of the area in which you want to work, so you can feel at ease knowing that you can talk to them about anything.
I owe it all to the teachers' thoughtful support, such as proofreading my resume and practicing for interviews!

We'll work with you to help you choose a job and provide advice to ensure you can pursue your desired career path. We also guide you on how to summarize your motivations and strengths, and provide repeated practice sessions so you can approach interviews with confidence.
Over the course of two years, we will thoroughly teach you not only the skills and knowledge necessary for employment, but also the fundamental professional skills that are required in society.

We will hold a job guidance session to prepare for the start of full-scale job hunting. We will inform you of the type of person required in the industry you are looking for and the mindset you need to become a member of society.

We provide interview practice and resume editing services to help students demonstrate their strengths in job hunting, tailored to their individual characteristics. We provide thorough support to help students find the job they want, so you can approach your job hunting with peace of mind.

U-turn employment support grant
For students who meet certain conditions and have secured employment locally, the school will subsidize the travel expenses used for job hunting (up to three round trips).
U-turn training and employment support
The school has teachers who are knowledgeable about internships and employment in each prefecture, so it is possible to do internships and find employment locally.
