On-campus store

With the store internship scheduled for next week, we'll be doing some preliminary preparations and getting everything ready today.

First, let's make curry bread!

After the dough has undergone its first fermentation, it is cut, weighed, and then rolled into balls.

After the dough has finished resting, flatten it and fill it with the curry filling while shaping it into a ball.

After coating the rolled dough with breadcrumbs, let it rise for a second time and then bake it in the oven!

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They look delicious after baking.

I'll brew the iced coffee strongly using a drip method. Then I'll chill it thoroughly.
