One-day Boulangerie and Bread-making Course for Current Students

I love making bread!
Since every day is a practical lesson, the variety of things we can make is increasing and it's very fulfilling.

Bread making training

Today we're making Kaisersemmel.

Leave the completed dough for the first rise for 50 minutes.

Once formed, it is left for a second rise and then baked.

Finished baking

12:30

Lunch break

Make a sandwich with one of them and your Kaisersemmel is complete!

14:30

Bread making training

This afternoon we have a bread-making class. After watching a demonstration, we will make croissants and levain.

The croissant dough is stretched out, shaped and folded over.

From the second rise to baking, we will proceed while checking the steps.

Freshly baked bread is the best! It came out perfectly.
