On-campus store

Experience the excitement of being on-site
Experience it on campus with your friends!

Cocotte exterior

We have a full-scale cafe and patisserie on campus! Using this facility, students will operate their own original cafe and patisserie. Considering the needs of local customers, they will be responsible for everything from menu planning, cost calculation, ordering, in-store display, production, and customer service. Our school's cafe has now become so popular that there are long-time local fans who queue up to get in. You can experience the excitement that can only be experienced on campus with your friends.

Flow of on-campus store training

  1. One month before the opening... Planning and concept decision

Taking advantage of the store's location, we carried out thorough marketing to create a store that offers a wide range of takeaway options.

  2. About 2 weeks before: Menu trial

I especially focused on the taste and appearance. I also learned a lot about creating a menu within a set price range.

  3. About one week before: Create the menu

We've created eye-catching visuals and added easy-to-understand explanations so that customers can understand what the menu items are.

  4. 1 day before... Decoration

We aimed to create a bright cafe atmosphere by writing the menu on a blackboard and placing decorations inside the store.

  5. Opening day! Schedule for the on-campus store training day
    • 9:00 Meeting and preparation

Since we prepare a large amount of cake bread, the key to success is to prepare it efficiently in a short amount of time!
