■Eligibility Requirements■

Applicants who wish to apply to both a four-year university and this school.

Applicants wishing to take the entrance examination through high school recommendation (excluding designated school recommendations) or general admission.

*This does not apply to those applying for the scholarship program.

■ How to proceed ■

① When applying, please fill in the "Concurrent Application Section" on the back of the application form.

② Please pay the enrollment fee of 100,000 yen within three weeks of the date the acceptance notification is issued. (Your right to enroll is guaranteed until March 31, 2027 (Wednesday))

*If the enrollment fee is not paid, it will be assumed that you do not intend to enroll in this school as well, and your acceptance will be revoked.

*If tuition fees are not paid within 10 days of the final acceptance announcement date for the other schools listed in the application form, your acceptance may be revoked.

③ Your enrollment at our school will be complete once you have paid the tuition fees other than the entrance fee.

■Cancellation of enrollment at this school■

If, as a result of your entrance examination, you are accepted into a four-year university and decide to decline admission to our school, please contact us by phone, email, or postcard (must arrive by Wednesday, March 31st, 2027). We will guide you through the necessary procedures, but please note that the application fee and enrollment fee you have paid will not be refunded.
