Today, I'm going to try making "fondant au chocolat," where the chocolate oozes out from the inside!
Separate the egg yolks and whites, then mix in the flour and chocolate.
Pipe the batter into the ring mold, then layer with the ganache that has been frozen beforehand.
It's finally time to put it in the oven! Now, I wonder if it will rise properly... I'm so nervous!
