Today I'll be making two kinds of sweet bread and a "pavé." I wonder if I'll be able to do it well...?

Let the dough rise for the first time. Check the temperature as you go.

Once the fermentation is complete, shape the dough. Round it into a nice ball.

Wrap the filling inside the dough. I hope it works out well!

It baked successfully. I'm relieved that it rose nicely.
