Chaki-san's 1-day real life

8:30

Going to school

9:00

Bread making training

We use Danish pastry dough to make various kinds of Danish pastries.

While the dough is resting, make the 5 fillings.

There are four different Danish shapes, all made with the goal of being "quick and careful."

After the dough has risen a second time, top it with the filling and put it in the oven!

They were baked successfully. They come in all different shapes and look delicious!

13:00

Lunch break

I'll have lunch in the lab. I'll have a good time with my friends.

14:00

Customer service training

Reviewing the on-campus store training. Identifying issues and thinking about ways to resolve them.

15:00

In preparation for the test, participants practiced "diagonal wrapping" and "combined wrapping" in under 30 minutes.

17:00

Recently, I have been practicing on my own how to make decorated bread in preparation for the National Sweets & Cafe Contest.
