Main lessons in the Pick up Cafe & Barista course

  1. Cafe training

    The course will focus on creating a one-plate presentation of 4-6 dishes that is visually appealing, looks good on social media, and is in line with the latest trends. Students will also incorporate specialized techniques and knowledge, and gain a wide range of skills to become a pioneer in the café industry.

  2. Drink training

    Drinks are essential in cafes. You will learn a wide range of things, from coffee and tea to smoothies, cocktails, and wine. In particular, you will repeatedly practice latte art techniques to a high level.
