[Periods 1-4] Cafe Practice
Today, we'll divide the tasks among ourselves and make ravioli from scratch using pasta.
The ravioli dough is rolled out using a pasta machine.
Boil the wrapped ravioli. They're ready when they float to the surface.
The sauce is ready and it's complete! This will be our lunch.
Lunch break
They are friends I can talk to about anything, from silly things to serious problems.
[6th Period] Service Knowledge and Practice
Today we learned about important points to keep in mind when talking to customers and about customer psychology.
[7th & 8th Period] Wrapping Practice
To prepare for the certification exam, we practice wrapping items according to the prescribed method within 30 minutes.
