Today we will be making "Flounder with Kadaif" and "Grunt Ceviche."

In the case of bottom fish like flounder, the fish should be cut into 5 pieces instead of 3.

"Kadaif" is a very thin noodle dough that is wrapped around flounder that has been dipped in egg liquid.

Deep fry the kadaif until golden brown. I'm hungry now!

The grunt team's ceviche is finished, and it's complete! We'll have it for lunch.
