Lecturer Introduction
After working at Prince Hotel and Park Hyatt Tokyo, he was appointed head sweets and bread chef at Urawa Royal Pines Hotel when it opened.
In 2001, he represented Japan at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie and came in second place.
After graduating from a vocational school, he trained at a patisserie in Lyon, France. After working at the two-star restaurant L'Oasis in the south of France, he is currently working as a lecturer and product development producer.
In 2011, he was captain of the Japanese national team at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.

Students will take four skills tests over a two-year period, including the "Confectionery Skill Test," "Cooking Skill Test," "Bread Making Skill Test," and "Drink Skill Test," and aim to pass them. They can check their own skill level every time, so they can feel that they are steadily improving.

National Sweets & Cafe Contest
A contest in which representatives from Sweets & Cafe College across the country gather to compete.
The top contestants from each school will compete in a wide range of categories, including high-level basic, freelance, and barista. The winner will be selected from among the top Sweets & Cafe College in Japan!
