A day in the life of Resort&Sports College student

Hashiguchi Hinaka

Department of Sports Business

Graduated from Miyazaki Prefectural Miyazaki Minami High School

Having dreams and goals for the future,
It also increases their motivation to come to school.

The dormitory I live in is a 5-minute walk from school. Living alone has helped me develop financial sense and life skills, and I've gained confidence. I hardly do any housework on days when I have a part-time job after school, so I make up for it on my days off.

A day in the life of Resort&Sports College student living at home

Haruki Takasaki

Sports and Wellness Department

Graduated from Fukuoka Prefectural Kaho High School

Active participation in school events
The number of people involved has increased, and my world has expanded.

I commute to school by train from my parents' house, which takes an hour. After classes, I work part-time, go out to eat with friends, or go on dates. The advantages of living at home are that I have support for daily life, such as meals, and I can freely use the money I earn from my part-time job.

Daily Schedule
Trend Exercises

Through various exercises such as yoga, dance, strength training, and Muay Thai, you will learn how to use your body and develop a sense of rhythm in a balanced way.

Conditioning practice and stretching

I'm learning about weight training. It's been since high school sports days that I've trained, and I can really feel my body getting back in shape. I'm working out with a friend, and we're motivating each other.

Lunch break

I have lunch with my classmates. I usually eat a bento box I brought from home, and sometimes I add instant ramen to it.

functional anatomy

You'll learn about the structure of muscles and bones. The instructor is a graduate of our school and teaches in an easy-to-understand way, often incorporating humor. It's a fun class where laughter is common.
