Dear AT Department and AT Course Graduates,

We are pleased to hear that you are doing well in all areas.

The other day, I received information about the entrance exam from the Japan Sports Association.

 

If you wish to take the exam this year, please check the following information and submit your application form.

Please apply through your instructor's personal page and submit the necessary documents to our school.

There is only a short time left until the deadline, so we require your prompt response. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Starting this year, the application process has changed to applications being made via the Japan Sports Association's website.

If you have not yet created an account for the Japan Sports Association Instructor's My Page, please create one now.

Please refer to the attached Instructor My Page User Manual for instructions on creating an account.

After creating your account, you will be able to apply for the theory test, but you will need a verification code.

After submitting the necessary documents, we will send you a verification code, so please submit the following documents to our school.

 

・Exam date: Saturday, November 2nd

If you wish to take the exam, please prepare the following five items:

① Copy of BLS certification (please send both sides)

For information on BLS certification, please see the above "Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.pdf".

 

② Copy of the completion certificate (general and specialized)　(total of 2 copies) (consolidate onto one A4 size sheet)

 

③Notes on your instructor's My Page registration number, first and second choice of exam venue *This is necessary for application

 

④ A note with your address, phone number, and email address (to send the transfer slip)

 

​⑤Exam fee: 16,500 yen

 

Once you have prepared all the necessary documents, please submit them to us. After submitting the documents, we will send you a transfer slip for the exam fee and a verification code required for application.

 

■ Documents to be submitted must arrive by Monday, September 2nd

■Exam fee payment deadline: Sunday, September 8th Exam fee: 16,500 yen

*After checking the submitted documents, we will send you a transfer slip for the examination fee.

*When you apply for the theoretical exam, you will be given instructions on how to make a payment. However, as this payment will be made in one lump sum, please make the payment using the transfer slip sent to you by our school, rather than via your instructor's personal page.
