What is Sanko Festival?
The biggest event that Resort＆Sports College students create together with sister schools is Sanko Festival. They help each other, encourage each other, and sometimes things don't go well... The excitement they gain by overcoming many difficulties will be etched in their hearts as a lifelong memory.

Starting a week before the actual performance, we began serious practice sessions, including dance routines, together with our sister school.

Through my experience as a team leader, I have gained the determination to see things through and the courage to take on challenges.
Having experienced the San-Fes in my first year, I decided to become the team leader because I wanted to "build a team with my own strength." I struggled with things like encouraging practice and structuring the performance, but I tried my best through trial and error. Respecting my teammates and working hard together paid off on the day of the performance, and I experienced a sense of accomplishment I had never felt before. I feel that my sense of responsibility as a leader has increased, and that everyone has gained the courage to take on challenges.
