Dear AT Department and AT Course Graduates,

We are pleased to hear that you are doing well in all areas.

The other day, I received information about the entrance exam from the Japan Sports Association.

If you wish to take the exam this year, please check the information below, register on your instructor's personal page, apply for the exam, and submit the necessary documents.

There is only a short time left until the deadline, so we require your prompt response. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please check the details below and then apply for the exam and send the necessary documents.

Also, starting this year, the exam will be changed from a multiple choice exam to a computer-based test.

The exam period is set, and you can take the exam by reserving the exam date and venue within that period. We would appreciate it if you could check the exam guidelines we have sent you.

・Exam dates: Thursday​,​ ​October​ ​9th to Wednesday​,​ ​November​ ​5th

■ Implementation matters

​①Create a MyJSPO (Coach My Page) account for the Japan Sport Association

*Only for those who have not created an account

Please refer to the attached application instructions "Application, Payment, and Venue Reservation Manual.pdf".

② Email the person in charge at our school (Uehara) to report the account creation.

　　 To apply for the exam, you will need an authentication code assigned to each school.

　　 We will send you a verification code to the email you provided.

If you already have an account, please send us an email with your request to take the exam.

​③Exam application deadline: Thursday, August​ ​21st​

④ Submit the necessary documents to the person in charge at our school (Uehara)  Deadline: Thursday, August​ ​21st​

◆ Instructor My Page registration number (MyJSPO No. (registration number))

Please send us your 9-digit MyJSPO number.

　      Please log in to your My Page and it will be listed on the registrant information page.

⑤ After approval, pay the test fee through MyJSPO​  Payment period: Scheduled for the first week of September to Wednesday​,​ ​September​ ​17th

Exam fee: 22,000 yen (Basic and Advanced: 11,000 yen each)

⑥ After payment, reserve the venue  Reservation period: Thursday​,​ ​September​ ​18th to Thursday​,​ ​October​ ​2nd
