• Format: Online (Zoom) + face-to-face at Tokyo Resort＆Sports College
• Theme: Integration of Exercises and Manual Approaches Knee and Foot
• Content: An integrated approach combining manual therapy and exercise therapy with the theme of improving physical performance.

I will focus on the knee joint and foot. "Even if you understand the theory, how do you actually carry out an integrated session in the field?"
