Following on from last year, we will be holding a recurrent seminar this year as well, and we would like to inform you about it.

This time, the seminar will be given by Mr. Tomooka, a top trainer in the industry.

The content will include an explanation of the programming and thinking behind sprinting movements common to all athletes.
