Dear AT Department and AT Course Graduates,

We are pleased to hear that you are doing well in all areas.

The other day, I received information about the entrance exam from the Japan Sports Association.

If you wish to take the exam this year, please check the information below, download the application form, and apply through our school.

There is only a short time left until the deadline, so we require your prompt response. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you wish to take the exam, please prepare the following four items:

① Theoretical examination application form (with photo attached) *This year, a copy of the BLS certification certificate must be attached on the back.

② 2 photos for the admission ticket (4cm wide x 3cm long: taken from the front with no hat on within 6 months prior to application)

* Attach one copy to your application form, and keep the other copy with you and attach it to your examination ticket when you receive it.) You will also need two copies when taking the practical exam.

③ Copies of the completion certificate (general and specialized) - 2 copies each (consolidate onto one A4 size sheet)

④Exam fee: 16,500 yen

Once you have prepared all the necessary documents, please submit them to us. After submitting the documents, we will send you a transfer slip for the exam fee by mail.

■ Documents to be submitted must arrive by Monday, September​ ​12th​
