Regarding applications for those wishing to take the 2019 Japan Sport Association AT exam

To all graduates of Department of Athletic Trainer and Athletic Trainer Course

Dear AT Department and AT Course Graduates,

We are pleased to hear that you are doing well in all areas.

The other day, I received information about the entrance exam from the Japan Sports Association.

If you wish to take the exam this year, please check the information below, download the application form, and apply through our school.

There is only a short time left until the deadline, so we require your prompt response. Thank you for your cooperation.

・Exam date: Saturday, November 9th

Applicants for the exam should prepare the following four items:

①Theoretical examination application form (with photo and copy of Japanese Red Cross Society Red Cross First Aid Emergency Worker Certification attached)

② Two photographs for the examination admission ticket (4cm wide x 3cm high) (one to attach to the application form, and the other to keep with you and attach to your examination admission ticket when you receive it)

③ Copies of the certificate of completion (general and specialized) - 2 copies in total (consolidate onto one A4 size sheet)

④Exam fee: 16,500 yen

Once you are ready, please submit your documents.
After submitting the documents, we will mail you a payment slip for the examination fee.
