What to bring

Student ID or driver's license (something that shows your address)

High school students must bring their student ID.

Note

Subsidies are also available for those who come by car.

Part of the travel expenses will be subsidized for participants who make a reservation by the day before.

A separate reservation is required for open campus and school tours.

The QUO card will be handed out at the end of the open campus or school tour. Please note that those who are late or leave early may not be subsidized.

Please note that if you do not have a student ID, you will not be eligible for transportation assistance.

If you are visiting multiple sister schools, you may only be able to use the facilities of the first school you visit. Please check the details when applying.

2,000 yen	Outside Tokyo's 23 wards / Chiba Prefecture / Saitama Prefecture / Kanagawa Prefecture
3,000 yen	Ibaraki Prefecture / Tochigi Prefecture / Gunma Prefecture / Yamanashi Prefecture
5,000 yen	Nagano Prefecture / Shizuoka Prefecture
10,000 yen	Other prefectures

Transportation Expense Subsidy System Flow

STEP01

When applying for the event of your choice on the event calendar, please check the "Use transportation subsidy" checkbox on the application form and enter the required information.
STEP02

Please come by JR, bus, subway, etc.

You may come by car, but please use the nearby paid parking lot.
STEP03

Once you arrive, enjoy the open campus!
STEP04

Please present your ID (student ID is acceptable) to complete the transportation subsidy application process!
