What is the on-site instructor training at Tokyo Resort & Sports College?
Your internship can become your job!
"On-site instructor training" allows students to go to the workplace and work as a staff member while still in school. Not only do students learn about the structure and common sense of the industry and develop practical skills that can be used in the field, but it also has the great appeal of being able to learn the rules of being a member of society. In fact, there are many students who have found employment through "on-site instructor training". This is another benefit unique to our school, which has strong ties with the industry.

During the free swimming hours for general members, there are separate lanes for different levels. Safety comes first, and the pool is closely monitored.

Seeing my child learn to swim gave me confidence in my teaching abilities.
I was put in charge of being a pool coach and lifeguard at a swimming school. Unlike swimming by yourself, it is difficult to explain in words, and teaching is also difficult while considering safety. However, when I see children who were crying because they were afraid of water swimming happily, I feel a sense of accomplishment and think that my efforts were worth it.
