Q: What are the key points to enjoying school life?
Don't be shy and participate in school events. People often tell me that I'm cheerful and easy to talk to.
Q: What is your favorite sport?
I played soccer in elementary school, then handball and basketball. Mr. Honda, who came to Miyakojima to teach me, is a godlike figure!

Going to school
I eat a hearty breakfast that I made myself before going to school. The commute takes about 50 minutes.

You can learn how to teach by lifting barbells and actually using the equipment to train yourself. I'm good at bench presses, which can train your pectoral muscles.

I buy food from convenience stores between classes and eat it lightly. Sometimes I also pack leftovers from dinner in a lunch box and bring it to school.

Making lots of friends and widening my circle of friends. I became good friends with my seniors through school events.

I played handball in high school. My coach, Yuna Takahashi, a former professional player, was someone I looked up to.

Going to school
My commute to school is 1 hour and 30 minutes. It's a little far, but my hometown is very relaxing.

It's not just about moving your body, but also about learning how to use the equipment and how to teach, with the aim of teaching beginners from scratch. It's a very practical course.

After class, the four girls eat lunch together in the classroom. The lunches that the mothers make for them are delicious and are well-received by their friends.

"Sports Stretch" by Professor Yamane. It's interesting to learn various types of stretching, such as pair and self-stretching.

I have participated in the Open Campus many times and enjoyed it. This year, I am working as a staff member guiding high school students around the campus.

Resort&Sports College Match held in the spring is always exciting! Last time, we participated in dodgeball and relay races.

"Comprehensive Seminar" - Quiz-style questions about the modern sports industry are given, which piques my interest.
