My role is to create an environment where players can perform to their best.

I'm in charge of the entertainment department for the Rakuten Eagles, both inside and outside the stadium. My job is to support the players who are fighting to win the championship and increase the number of fans. I'm happy to see so many customers coming to the stadium.

I teach mats, horizontal bars, and vaulting horses to children as young as two years old. Even when I'm tired, I feel energized when the children run up to me and call me "Sensei." It's a job that gives me a lot of joy, seeing the smiles on their faces when they succeed at something they couldn't do before, and hearing words of gratitude from their parents when I tell them about it.
