By learning tennis theoretically
It's amazing how much I've improved.

The biggest attraction is being able to receive direct instruction from Kei Nakamoto, who supports the training camps of the Japanese men's professional tennis team. I learned that if I can move flexibly while being aware of which muscles are moving, I can hit the ball powerfully without relying on arm strength. I've been playing tennis since I was in the third grade of elementary school, and I've noticed a significant improvement in just a few months since enrolling at Resort&Sports College. I'd like to help train juniors who aim to become professionals in the future.
