TEC-tsuji SWEETS & CAFE LABO (Pastry Workshop)

The on-campus cafe facilities are used for confectionery classes, but can also be turned into a real cafe, where you can purchase sweets made by students in the confectionery department.

The authentic café will not only be used for daily training, but will also be open to the public as a real café, selling the sweets displayed in the display cases and serving drinks.
Chinese Cooking Classroom

It is equipped with the same facilities as a professional kitchen, including a powerful range.
Restaurant training room

Students will learn practical service know-how and restaurant operations in our on-campus salon, which is modeled after a modern, first-class restaurant.
1F Confectionery Practice Room

This training room was designed to be user-friendly, with the most efficient work flow in mind.

Nanban Kiln Bakken: This is a state-of-the-art, highly airtight microcomputer oven. It can be used for baking sweets such as pies, sponge cakes, and cookies, as well as bread.

It is used for espresso coffee, cappuccino, etc.

The library has a wide selection of books, from specialized and academic books on cooking to cookbooks published by Tsuji Gakuen Publishing.
