We have a full-scale cafe and patisserie on campus! Using this facility, students will operate their own original cafe and patisserie. Considering the needs of local customers, they will be responsible for everything from menu planning, cost calculation, ordering, in-store display, production, and customer service. Our school's cafe has now become so popular that there are long-time local fans who queue up to get in. You can experience the excitement that can only be experienced on campus with your friends.

Flow of on-campus store training

One month before the opening... Planning and concept decision
We planned a menu that would fit the concept of the restaurant, and all the classmates who will be running the restaurant shared their ideas.

About 2 weeks before: Menu trial
They made full use of the skills they had learned in their regular training and tried to create menu prototypes. When something didn't work out, they tried again and again.

About one week before: Create the menu
The menu was created with a particular focus on visual impact, delicious looking visuals, and detailed explanations.

1 day before... Decoration
In addition to setting up the interior of the store, we also created displays and decorations outside to catch customers' eyes.

Opening day! Schedule for the on-campus store training day

9:00 Meeting and preparationAfter checking the schedule for the day, everyone prepares the sweets and food to be served. Finally, check that the inside of the store is clean!

Run your own store online!
In addition to serving customers and selling in a brick-and-mortar store, you can learn new store operations that are in line with the times, such as selling products you have made online using computers and tablets.
