Through direct instruction from professionals working at the forefront of the business, recipe planning, on-campus store training, and off-campus training, students acquire a higher level of knowledge and skills, aiming to become pastry chefs that people say "thank you."

Cafe & Barista Course

The course aims to help students become professional cafe baristas by assuming a variety of on-site tasks, including producing cafes, planning menus, and actually creating menus and drinks.

Boulanger and Baking Course

Bread making course

Students will not only learn the bread-making process, but will also acquire know-how for selling bread in stores and study trends such as stylish sweet breads, learning a wide range of subjects in order to become boulangeries that are in tune with the times.
