The aim of the department is to train instructors who can play an active role at the forefront of the sports industry. The curriculum teaches the joy and importance of sports and thoroughly polishes the skills, knowledge, and mindset appropriate for a professional, and fully supports each student on their path to becoming a professional. Specialized courses are developed from the second semester of the first year, and students can hone their expertise through a curriculum that is tightly focused on their dreams and goals.

If you just love moving your body, you're ready to go!
At Resort & Sports College, students study common subjects across all departments in their first year, and then select and decide on a course in the second semester of their first year and continue their studies.

As you practice weight training, you will learn how to do it correctly.
Studio Exercise I & II
In group exercise, you will learn the knowledge and skills to exercise in a fun way.
Resort＆Sports College has a wide range of educational materials!
Through the app, you can learn about bones, muscles, and body movements through animations!
Master the basics of functional anatomy with our original tests tailored to each individual!

From your first year, you can gain on-site experience through internships at related facilities such as fitness clubs!
