Education and training benefit system for people with work experience
厚生労働大臣の指定する専門実践教育訓練講座を受講した場合、支払った教育訓練経費の一定の割合額が支給される制度です。
当校は指定講座の認定を国から受けている学科があり、受講中は授業料の最大50％（年間上限40万円）、さらに、受講修了後、あらかじめ定められた資格を取得かつ修了した日の翌日から1年以内に一般被保険者として雇用された場合は追加で授業料の20％が支給されます。
上記の資格取得・就職に加えて、訓練終了後の賃金が受講開始前の賃金と比較して5%以上上昇した場合は、教育訓練経費の10%（年間上限8万円）が追加で支給されます。
対象は、2年以上被保険者として雇用された経験がある方です。詳細はお近くのハローワークまでお問い合わせください。

The alumni website "Sanko-Link" provides support for changing jobs and starting a business, information on skill development, and introduces successful graduates.

22歳でオーストラリアに渡り、旅行関係の仕事をしていたのですが、週末にイタリアンレストランでアルバイトしたり、自炊しているうちに料理に興味を持つようになりました。
そして帰国後、将来は自分の店を持ちたいと思い、調理技術を身に付けるために辻学園に入学。
すでに32歳だったのですが、それでも「苦労しないよ」と言ってもらえたことで、背中を押してもらえました。
いろいろなクラスメイトや先生方との出会いが刺激になりました。
卒業後は別のお店で修行し、今ようやく妻と二人で自分の店をオープン。
