Our school places great importance on the idea of "always looking back and providing the best for students." We have established a system that allows us to quickly detect what our students and the world want and reflect that information in our classes.

01Collecting opinions from students

・Alumni survey

This is a survey of students graduating from the school, asking about areas for improvement and what they felt was good about their classes and school life.

・Survey on how lessons are conducted

Current students are asked about their satisfaction with each class.
We create a questionnaire for each instructor and use it to improve our classes.

02 Suggest improvements to classes to meet student needs

・Holding subject meetings

This is a meeting held once a month where teachers who teach the same subject meet to regularly discuss the current progress of lessons and areas for improvement.

・All lecturers meeting

This is a meeting where all instructors gather to discuss students' situations and classes and share information.

03 Amendment

・Curriculum and syllabus revision

We review and improve our curriculum every year to meet the needs of the world and our students.

・Implementation of original lessons

In order to improve students' basic social skills, we have adopted programs similar to those used in corporate training.

As of the 2024 academic year, 781 students from Sanko Gakuen have passed the entrance exams.

Consistent support: From admission to employment, the teacher is in charge without division of labor

At our school, we do not divide the work from admission to employment, but each class teacher is in charge of the entire process. By being involved with each student from start to finish, we can look after various aspects of student life.
When students advance to the next grade, all teachers will share the status of their classes and discuss supplementary lessons for those who have not yet acquired credits. As much as possible, we believe in the students' potential and take the time to teach them so that they can advance to the next grade.
Our school places great importance on human education, uncovering students' potential and helping them realize their dreams. We also support students in finding employment, changing jobs, and improving their skills after graduation.
