We will introduce the benefits of the AO admissions system and the process of applying and enrolling through the AO entrance exam.
AO(アドミッションズ・オフィス)入学制度は、入学希望者の個性や能力を受け止め、
これまでの活動や将来への意欲を総合的に判断して合否が決まる制度です。

If you are not selected for the scholarship exam
You can enroll through the "AO Admission" system.
Step 1
Participate in open campus, online open campus, weekday mini open campus, college counseling sessions, and other events
Step 2
Starting in June, you can submit an AO application form (either bring it to school or mail it) or apply online.
*The QR code is for the recruitment requirements.
Step 3
Interviews can be conducted in person or online.
*Essay writing is only available for Department of General Career Design.
Step 4
An AO Application Permission Letter will be sent to those whose AO applications are approved.
*Even if you do not meet the requirements for AO application permission, you can still take the exam through other application methods.
Step 5
The final decision on whether to use the system will be made when you submit your application for admission.
Step 6
Starting in September. Please submit the necessary application documents and AO Application Permission Form.

02. Interview or written examination
Acceptance for scholarship will be determined through an interview or written test.
If you are not selected for the scholarship exam, you can enroll through the AO admission system.
Step 7
You will receive an acceptance letter and instructions for tuition payment. (Approximately 7 days after application submission or scholarship selection)
Step 8
Please follow the instructions to transfer your tuition fees (enrollment procedures) (within 3 weeks of receiving your acceptance notice).
*If the procedures are not completed within the deadline, we may assume that you have no intention of enrolling and your acceptance may be revoked.
*If you pay your admission fee and tuition fees by bank transfer, the bank-issued transfer receipt will serve as your receipt.
*Please contact our school if you have any questions or concerns regarding tuition payment deadlines.
*Once we have confirmed your enrollment and tuition fees, we will officially allow you to enroll as a student at our school.
Regarding the scholarship program, we will also discuss it at the open campus.
