  • Learning Point 01

    You can obtain qualifications as a nursery school teacher or kindergarten teacher in just two years!

    Within the school building, there is a childcare facility called "Pocket Land" and the "Tokyo Future University Mirai Free School", which supports students who are having trouble attending school and children with developmental issues. You can get a feel for the state of the children and the atmosphere while attending daily classes.

    There is also a licensed and certified nursery school operated by Sanko Gakuen within the school building. It is important to accept the thoughts and feelings of each child and to be there for them while empathizing with them. You can actually interact with the children during class and see the nursery activities such as walks and water play up close.

    Tokyo Future University Mirai Free School

    Mirai Free School is a school that develops students who are unable to keep up with their studies, are not good at group activities, or want to regain their sense of self, and are unable to adapt to school life for various reasons, by helping them to reexamine themselves, have pride, and have the courage to adapt to society after graduation. Since it is in the same school building, it is also possible to work part-time.

    We have already sent out many trainees, including from sister schools, so we have strong ties with the kindergarten and a wealth of training sites.
    A major feature of our school is that you can choose your desired internship location, such as "I want to do my internship at the nursery school or kindergarten I graduated from!" or "I want to do my internship at a nursery school with a small number of students!"

    Even piano beginners​ ​can feel at ease!
    Learn from the basics​!

    Approximately half of the students enrolled in our school are beginners at piano. We provide assignment pieces according to each student's level and teach in small groups.
    Because the classes are small, you can acquire the necessary skills for practical work in two years. You can also practice on your own before or after class in the piano practice room.

    Teachers provide individual, thorough instruction during class, helping students gain a firm grasp of the basics.
    Depending on how hard you work, you'll be able to play more and more songs!

A word from a current student

With gentle and accurate instruction, the number of songs I can play is increasing.

In class, you will be taught how to read music notes and where each key is located on the keyboard, and you will be able to practice songs that are appropriate for your level.
Even if you don't understand something, the teacher will explain it to you again and again, so you don't have to worry. I was a beginner, but practicing has become fun, and I can now play more and more songs with both hands!
