Tsuji Gakuen is a culinary school designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, so students can obtain a nationally qualified "chef's license" upon graduation without taking an exam.

You can acquire the basic skills and knowledge required to be a professional chef through Tsuji Gakuen's unique, practical curriculum.

Upon completing the first year of the confectionery course, students will be eligible to take the exam to become a confectionery hygiene specialist. This qualification proves that students have acquired knowledge of hygiene and food science, and are reliable confectionery and bread technicians.

We offer exam preparation courses, and specialized instructors who are experts in food hygiene and nutrition will provide thorough exam preparation based on past exam questions.

After graduation, students can enroll in other departments at Tsuji Gakuen or at Tsuji Gakuen Nutrition College at half the tuition fees.

Obtaining multiple licenses, such as a "nutritionist license" or "confectionery hygiene license" in addition to a "chef's license," will expand your future opportunities.
