Professional soccer team Sanfrecce Hiroshima and Hiroshima Resort & Sports College have started a collaboration! There are many learning opportunities, such as being able to see trainers at work in a real-world setting and learn about operations.

You can be involved in supporting a professional team!
You can experience the excitement of a professional environment through volunteering to help with match operations at official games and supporting events! You can also gain experience through internships.

A valuable experience on the grand stage of determining Japan's best, the Emperor's Cup and Empress's Cup.
I volunteered to help with the operations of the Emperor's Cup and Empress's Cup, which determine the best team in Japan and feature professional soccer teams and prefectural representative teams! On the day of the match, I was able to experience the excitement and valuable skills that can only be found at a professional event, such as being a ball boy, assisting VIPs, handling reception, and guiding guests.

Knowledge and skills that can only be gained on the rugby field!
Hiroshima Resort & Sports College has a partnership with the professional rugby team Red Regrions (Chugoku Electric Power Rugby Club). Students will learn about the operational methods and roles of trainers in top sports teams from on-site trainers, including practice and tournament day operations and trainer support. Rugby is known for having a particularly high number of injuries during matches. This will lead to the acquisition of real-time knowledge and skills that can only be experienced on-site.

Renaissance Co., Ltd. has been a partner of ours every year as a site for our internships. It provides an opportunity for interns to learn not only the correct way to use and instruct on machines, but also various things that will be useful once they start working in the field, such as interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with customers and the importance of hospitality.
