A practical session on core training using only body weight, without any equipment. Participants work in pairs to analyze their movements and receive instruction on correct training techniques to identify which muscles are not being used effectively.

I train every day, even outside of class!
I'm particular about my meals and cook them myself.
I live in a student dormitory a 5-minute walk from school, and breakfast and dinner are included. After school, I have dinner at the dormitory and then work part-time at a fitness club. When I have free time, I often go to the gym to work out.

For lunch, I cook and bring my own meal mainly consisting of chicken breast, eggs, and white rice to enhance the effects of my muscle training. When I have time, I sometimes go back to the dorm to eat.

This is a class to prepare for the practical exam for certified health and fitness instructors. It was difficult because it was my first time doing aerobics at Resort&Sports College, but my classmates are teaching me.

Even if something happens and you end up worrying
You can solve it by talking to your family at home.
My commute to school takes about an hour by bicycle and train. On days when I don't have my part-time job at the restaurant, I hang out with three close classmates. I don't feel lonely at home, and I like that I can reset my mood.

Lunch is lively and fun, with boys and girls together as classmates. My mom makes me a bento box every day, so I'm grateful to be able to eat it.

Taping is fun because the more you do it, the better you get. I learned it for the first time after enrolling at Resort&Sports College, but I've gotten better at taping quickly and neatly.

Knowledge about nutrition can be immediately applied to daily meals. I've even started checking the ingredients of food products when shopping at convenience stores.
