Daily Life

  • Can I get a part-time job?

It's OK as long as it doesn't interfere with your classes.

On the contrary, if it is a part-time job that will be useful for off-campus training, which is one of the subjects of our school's curriculum, or for writing a resume,
It will help you promote yourself!

  • Can you introduce me to a part-time job?

We introduce part-time workers from childcare and welfare facilities. We post job advertisements in the classroom and welcome applicants.

  • I am enrolling from afar.

We have student dormitories to support students living alone for the first time.

Our school provides a dormitory (student hall) for students who are leaving their parents' homes.
The furniture and facilities necessary for daily life are laid out functionally.

In addition, a dormitory supervisor or dorm mother is always present on-site to act as a parent, providing two meals a day, breakfast and dinner, and ensuring a safe and comfortable student life.

  • Is there a curfew at the student dormitory?

It depends on the dormitory, but it is usually between 10pm and 11pm.

  • I'm thinking of living alone instead of in a dormitory, so could you introduce me to a one-room apartment or something?

We can introduce you to them. If you request information,
Please take a look at the "Living Alone Support Book" included in the set of pamphlets.

  • Can I use student discounts at vocational schools?

    Of course you can.

As our school is an accredited school, we also offer student discounts that can be used on JR, buses, subways, etc.
It can be used for commuting to school, going home, and traveling, so make sure to use it to your advantage.

About school life

  • What's the school atmosphere like?

The teachers and students are close, and the atmosphere is homely. The class is united through events and other activities, so everyone gets along well.
We aim to pass the qualification exam together and find employment. If you come to our school once, you will be able to feel the atmosphere.

  • What kind of school events are there?

Through various school events, students will acquire not only specialized skills, but also the ability to work together to achieve something, which is necessary for working adults.
In particular, the "Sanko Festival (sports festival)" held jointly with sister schools in the area is a great opportunity for students to come together and compete in the events.
It's a huge success every year, and I always feel very emotional after it's over.

  • What are the timetable periods?

Timetables vary depending on the day of the week, time, and each class. Please see the timetable on each department page.

  • What is the Startup Program?

As you start your school life, you will set goals and your homeroom teacher will give you advice on how to live your school life.
Don't worry, we'll have fun through games and recreation.
You can also make a lot of friends through the startup program.

  • Are there any rules?

Since the role of vocational schools is to train respectable members of society who can function in the real world, there are certain rules regarding etiquette and manners.

  • Are you closed on Saturdays and Sundays?

Basically, you have two days off per week. However, some students who are taking certain exams or junior colleges will have classes on the weekends.

  • Do you have your own classroom?

  • Can working adults also enroll?

Of course you can. Anyone who has graduated from high school or higher can enroll.
Applications for admission can be made through high school graduates/working adults scholarships, self-recommendation, or general admission.

  • Are there people enrolling from university, junior college, or as working adults?

There are many. There is no age limit at our school! Anyone who wants to learn can learn.
Please also check out the page for those who are looking to re-enter school.

  • Are most of the students from Tokyo?

This is not the case at all. They come from all over the country, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south.
Most of our members come from the Kanto region, but some come from far away.

It's rare that people from all over Japan can come together and make friends, so it's fun to make a variety of different friends.

  • In my third year of high school, should I choose to study humanities or science?

The content you learn at a vocational school is completely different from what you have learned up to high school, so it doesn't matter whether you are in the humanities or sciences.

  • What is the difference between a university and a vocational school?

Generally, universities are four-year programs and vocational schools are two-year programs (this varies depending on the school and department).

At a university, you spend four years developing yourself, but at a vocational school, as the name suggests, you learn specialized knowledge in a particular field,
We support students with a curriculum that can be immediately put into practice in society.

If you have already decided what career you want to pursue, then it is definitely a good idea to go to a vocational school to learn the knowledge and skills you need to be successful in society.
    There's no doubt about it.
