Transportation expense subsidy system
We will subsidize a portion of your travel expenses when you attend an open campus event. The amount of the travel subsidy varies depending on the area you are visiting.
Advance reservations required (by 17:00 the day before the event)
Target Audience
- Third-year high school students (those expected to graduate in March 2027)
- Those who wish to return to school
- international student
- Second year high school student
- First year high school student
Target period
Second-year and third-year high school students (those expecting to graduate in March 2027), returning students, and international students: March 1, 2026 (Sun) to March 31, 2027 (Wed)
1st year high school: March 1, 2026 (Sunday) - March 31, 2027 (Wednesday)
*Open campus and other events held during the above period
Subsidy amount
The amount of travel assistance will vary depending on the area you are visiting.
- Tokyo's 23 wards
- 1,000 yen
- Chiba Prefecture / Saitama Prefecture / Kanagawa Prefecture / Outside the 23 wards of Tokyo
- 2,000 yen
- Ibaraki Prefecture / Tochigi Prefecture / Gunma Prefecture / Yamanashi Prefecture
- 3,000 yen
- Nagano Prefecture/Shizuoka Prefecture
- 5,000 yen
- Other prefectures
- 10,000 yen
- *First-year high school students pay 1,000 yen

- Student ID, driver's license, insurance card, or other identification (something that shows your address)

There are five ways to apply:

5. Direct booking
You can make reservations directly with faculty and staff for consultation sessions, events, etc. Please feel free to contact us.
Note
*Subsidies are also available if you come by car.
*Participants will be subsidized for part of their travel expenses. This applies to those who apply by the day before the event.
*A separate application is required for open campus and school tours.
* Please receive your cash using the "ATM Receipt" service provided by Seven Payment Services Co., Ltd. Please note that those who are late or leave early may not receive the subsidy.
*Please note that if you do not have identification such as a student ID, driver's license, or insurance card, transportation expenses will not be subsidized.
*If you are visiting multiple sister schools, you may only be able to use the service at the first school you visit. Please check the details when you apply.
