Transportation expense subsidy system
We will subsidize a portion of your travel expenses when you attend an open campus event. The amount of the travel subsidy varies depending on the area you are visiting.
Advance reservations required (by 17:00 the day before the event)
Target Audience
- Third-year high school students (those who are expected to graduate in March 2026)
- Those who wish to return to school
- international student
- Second year high school student
- First year high school student
Target period
Third-year high school students, students seeking to return to higher education, and international students: Saturday, March 1, 2025 to Tuesday, March 31, 2026
High school 1st and 2nd year students: March 1, 2025 (Sat) - February 28, 2026 (Sat)
*Open campus and other events held during the above period
Subsidy amount
The amount of travel assistance will vary depending on the area you are visiting.
- Tokyo's 23 wards
- 1,000 yen
- Chiba Prefecture / Saitama Prefecture / Kanagawa Prefecture / Outside the 23 wards of Tokyo
- 2,000 yen
- Ibaraki Prefecture / Tochigi Prefecture / Gunma Prefecture / Yamanashi Prefecture
- 3,000 yen
- Nagano Prefecture/Shizuoka Prefecture
- 5,000 yen
- Other prefectures
- 10,000 yen
- *1,000 yen for first and second year high school students
What to bring
- Student ID, driver's license, insurance card, or other identification (something that shows your address)

※お車でお越しの場合も補助対象となります。
※参加されるご本人に交通費の一部を補助します。前日までにお申し込みされた方が対象です。
※オープンキャンパス・学校見学とは別途お申し込みが必要です。
※オープンキャンパス・学校見学終了時にクオカードにてお渡しします。遅刻・早退される方は補助されない場合がありますのでご了承ください。
※学生証または運転免許証・保険証等の身分証明書がない場合には交通費補助の適用となりませんのでご注意ください。
※複数姉妹校に来校される場合は最初に参加した1校のみのご利用となる可能性がございます。詳しくはお申し込みの際にご確認ください。
