Feature1
Three-way support
At Tsuji Gakuen Culinary and Confectionery College, we have a support system in place where multiple faculty members watch over and support the growth of each individual student. Each student receives thorough support from their homeroom teacher, the instructors who teach their classes, and the career services staff who specialize in their desired companies and occupations! Faculty and staff members maintain close communication and share information at all times. Because the faculty and staff understand you on a daily basis, they can give you accurate advice on how to write self-introduction statements and practice for interviews during your job search.

Feature2
We provide thorough individual instruction in our extremely small-group practical classes.
While practical cooking classes at many culinary schools are often conducted in classes of around 40 students, our school conducts classes in extremely small groups of around 25 students. This allows instructors to pay close attention to each student, providing thorough guidance tailored to their individual skill levels and career paths. If you have any questions or concerns, you can ask the instructors right away, creating a supportive environment where even beginners can learn with confidence!

Feature3
You can learn about something, then choose what you "like" and master it.
After building a solid foundation in your first year, you can choose a course that suits your interests from your second year onwards. Even if you haven't quite decided what you want to do yet, that's okay. You can start by building a foundation, discover your passions and strengths through classes, and steadily master them step by step.

Feature4
Strong job placement support only a culinary school with over 100 years of history can offer!
Thanks to the strong connections we've built with the industry over our more than 100-year history, and our collaboration with alumni and group networks, Tsuji Gakuen can provide powerful support to each student in finding employment that aligns with their aspirations, with multiple faculty members working together. We receive an overwhelming number of job offers from companies every year. We also provide a wide range of job opportunities and support to our graduates, including assistance with career changes and re-employment seeking new possibilities.

I was worried about making friends because there were no classes in high school, but there was a three-day orientation called the Startup Program before the entrance ceremony, where I was able to talk to people and make friends, and I was relieved that we could go to the entrance ceremony together.

Because we have a homeroom teacher and assistant homeroom teacher system, I was able to get solid support with things like resume editing for job hunting and interview practice, which was great.

Anxiety before enrollment and what it was like after actually enrolling
I was worried about whether I could keep up with everyone's cooking level, but in reality, not everyone had a lot of cooking experience. The teachers also taught us the very basics, such as how to blanch vegetables and how to sharpen knives, so my worries disappeared.
How to spend weekdays when there are no classes or on days with fewer classes.
With two instructors assigned to every 25 students, it's easy to ask questions while cooking. They also help with part-time job introductions, and the instructors are always available to offer advice on cooking and school life.

I also struggled a lot with deciding on my future path and went to open campuses at many different schools. I recommend going to open campuses because you can find out if the school's atmosphere suits you and get a better idea of what it would be like to attend. Good luck!!
