Can I get a part-time job?
:

Of course, it's OK as long as it doesn't interfere with your classes.

The school schedule is not much different from that of high school students, so part-time work is no problem.

On the contrary, if it is a part-time job that will be advantageous when you go on off-campus training, which is one of the curriculum items at our school, or when writing your resume, it will be a good way to promote yourself!

I'm thinking of living alone instead of in a dormitory, so could you introduce me to a one-room apartment or something?
:
Yes, we can. If you request information, you will receive a pamphlet called "Living Alone Support Book." Please take a look at it.
Are there student dormitories?
:
Yes, there is. If you wish, you can also visit the student dormitory when you participate in the open campus.
Is there a curfew at the student dormitory?
:
There is no curfew, so you can return to your dormitory at any time.
Can I use student discounts at vocational schools?
:
Of course you can. Because our school is an "accredited school," we issue student discounts that can be used on JR, buses, subways, etc. You can use them for commuting to school, going home, and even traveling, so use them as much as you can and get the most out of them.

About school life

What's the school atmosphere like?
:
The relationship between teachers and students is close, and the atmosphere is homely. We all get along well because we are united as a class through events, and we all aim to pass qualifications and find employment together. If you come to our school once, I think you will be able to feel the atmosphere.
What are the timetable periods?
:
Timetables vary depending on the day of the week, time, and each class. Please see the timetable on each department page.
What is a Startup Program?
:
When you start your school life, you will set goals for the next two years (one year) and your homeroom teacher will give you advice on how to live your school life. Don't worry, we will have fun with games and recreation. You can also make lots of friends through the startup program.
Are there any rules?
:
Yes, to a certain extent. Since the role of professional training schools is to train students to be respectable members of society who can function in the real world, there are some rules regarding etiquette and manners.
Is there a school cafeteria?
:

Unfortunately, there is no student cafeteria.

I bring my own lunch or go to a nearby fast food restaurant or family restaurant to eat!

There are some delicious bento shops around the school, so I often buy bento lunches there.

Are you fussy about absences and tardiness?
:

Since it is a school for preparing students to become members of society, of course we will be careful.

However, we don't scold them outright.

If you have a reason, your teacher will listen carefully to it.

Do you have a uniform?
:
No. However, please wear your school uniform during class.
How should I dress for the entrance ceremony?
:
As this will be a formal event, please wear formal attire (suit, top and bottoms).
Are you closed on Saturdays and Sundays?
:
Basically, we have two days off per week, but the exam is on the weekend.
Do you have your own classroom?

Of course you can. Anyone who has graduated from a high school course or higher can enroll.

In my third year of high school, should I choose to study humanities or science?
:
The content you learn at a vocational school is completely different from what you have learned up to high school, so it doesn't matter whether you are in the humanities or sciences.
What is the difference between a university and a vocational school?
:

Generally, universities are four-year programs and vocational schools are two-year programs (this varies depending on the school and department).

At university, students spend four years studying to develop themselves, but at vocational schools, as the name suggests, students learn specialized knowledge in a particular field and are supported with a curriculum that allows them to immediately put this knowledge into practice in society.

If you have already decided what career you want to pursue, then there is no doubt that you will be able to acquire the knowledge and skills you need at a vocational school and succeed in society.
