Please be sure to read the following information regarding AO entry!
[For those coming to the school for an interview]
・Please fill out the AO Entry Form [Entrance Examination Procedures and Tuition Fees Guide, p. 30] and bring it with you on the day.
*If you are mailing your application in advance, please use the brown envelope enclosed with the brochure.
*Please arrive at school approximately 10 minutes before your appointment time.
[For those having online interviews]
・Please fill out the AO Entry Form [Entrance Examination Procedures and Tuition Fees Guide, p. 30] and submit it to our school (or by mail) at least three days before the interview date.
*If you are sending by mail, please use the brown envelope enclosed with the brochure.
・Online interviews will be conducted using the ZOOM app.
