    I am currently in charge of the 3rd year class. I am happy every day to see the children growing by taking on new challenges, such as "I can now tie a ribbon!". The most memorable experience from my time at school was my childcare internship. The teacher was very kind and supportive, which gave me confidence. Even now, when I have problems at work, I remember the teacher's words and use them as encouragement.

    When I was in school and had trouble finding a job, my teacher listened to me sympathetically. Thanks to her, I was able to find a job at a kindergarten where I was satisfied with the atmosphere and childcare methods. Even now, when I work in childcare every day, the children's songs I learned in piano class and the creative techniques I learned in creative expression are useful.

    I work as a teacher for four-year-olds at a certified childcare center. I think about how to make sure the children have a fun time at the center every day. I'm finding that the finger plays and arts I learned in school are proving very useful now. I'm moved every time I see the children grow, and I feel like I'm growing as a person too, so I think being a childcare worker is a wonderful job.

    I was surprised at the rapid growth of my newborn baby.

    When I entered the vocational school, I had almost no experience playing the piano, but I was impressed by how I improved with the teacher's careful guidance. I am currently in charge of the 0-year-old class. I take care of the children's eating, sleeping, excretion, etc. I am happy every day to see the rapid growth of children, such as a child who used to crawl on his/her hands now crawling towards me.

In addition to supporting the class, I also create and manage work schedules. I strive to make our nursery a good place for everyone involved with the nursery: the children, the parents, and the staff.

I'm striving to eventually be entrusted with a class on my own.

    I've become more proactive.

    I have fond memories of performing in front of everyone at a nursery school presentation during my student days. Thanks to this experience, I can speak confidently and confidently in front of children without getting nervous. Currently, I'm in charge of two-year-olds. I feel happy and fulfilled when the children say "That was fun!" or "I want to do more!" about the games I've planned and prepared myself.

    During my time at school, I served as the dance leader for the nursery school's performance, which fostered teamwork and collaboration among the members. I'm glad I dedicated myself fully to it during my school years.

    Everything I learned during my time at school is useful in my daily home care work, but I've found that the things I learned through hands-on experience, such as body mechanics, have been particularly helpful. The teachers provided excellent support, such as creating handouts for difficult concepts and making card games about life support techniques, which allowed me to acquire solid skills.

    My daily work mainly consists of assisting the residents with eating, excretion, and bathing. I also clip their nails and take their vital signs, so I try not to miss any changes in the residents. I feel rewarded when I hear words like "Thank you" and "I'm glad it's you." I will do my best to be entrusted with even more responsible work.

    I'm happy to be able to do this.

    My grandfather's illness sparked my interest in working in elderly care. After graduation, I started providing physical care to clients, including assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting. Because I'm involved in their daily lives, clients treat me like family. I feel happy and fulfilled when I can share enjoyable moments with them through casual conversations.
