A comprehensive employment support system
Each student receives support for their job search from two teachers: a class advisor and a teacher specializing in the student's desired company or job type.
One to One
system
A class that gets to know its students well
Thorough support from our dedicated staff
As job hunting intensifies, we provide support in resume and self-introduction writing, as well as interview practice. By clarifying each student's own strengths and weaknesses, we support them in a job search that allows them to fully utilize their potential.

Class Teacher
We'll work together, starting from finding your goal.
It's perfectly natural to be unsure about things when it's your first job search. We value supporting you step by step from that point onward. We help students find their core values—their personality, interests, and future goals—and work with career guidance faculty to help them secure a job offer. When they receive a job offer after practicing application forms and interview preparation, we are as happy as if it were our own success.
Two Teachers
system
Class Instructor x Employment Instructor
Two-person collaborative support
Class instructors who understand each student's individuality and aptitude, and career guidance faculty members who visit companies and act as a bridge between students and employers, maintain close communication and share information at all times.

Employment Officer
I want to support your dreams through close communication.
Because job hunting is often a time filled with anxiety and worries, we strive to create a warm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable reaching out to each other, ensuring we understand not only their progress but also their mental state. Each student has their own unique personality and strengths. We want to be there for them, helping them recognize these things and build their confidence.
■ What are the main differences between this and a university?
While typical university courses are primarily lecture-based, vocational schools emphasize acquiring the specialized skills and techniques necessary for one's desired future profession. Furthermore, they offer comprehensive support for obtaining necessary qualifications and for job hunting, resulting in a higher employment rate than universities.
