When I was a student, my teacher noticed that I was not good at customer service, so he selected me to be a member of "Copan," a student staff group that deals with high school students who come to the open campus. There, I gained experience in clearly explaining the school to high school students I met for the first time, and I think I acquired the ability to explain things clearly and carefully. Now, I am in charge of mentoring juniors on the job and explaining the company's overview at company information sessions, so I feel that the experience I gained back then is useful.
