How can I give career advice?
The most important thing when giving career advice is to get information. Here we will introduce some of the detailed initiatives that you won't find in brochures.
At our school, we are constantly reviewing and improving in order to provide the best possible education to our students. We have established a system that allows us to quickly grasp what our students and the world want, and to reflect that information in our classes.
Survey of graduates
This is a survey aimed at students graduating from the school, in which they are asked about areas for improvement and what they felt was good about their classes and school life.
Survey on class progress
Current students are asked about their satisfaction with each and every class.
We create a questionnaire for each instructor and use it to improve our classes.
Conducting subject meetings
This is a meeting held once a month where teachers who teach the same subject meet to regularly discuss the current progress of lessons and areas for improvement.
All lecturers meeting
This is a meeting where all instructors gather to discuss students' situations and classes and share information.
Curriculum and syllabus revision
Every year, we review and improve our curriculum to meet the needs of the world and our students.
Original lessons
In order to improve students' basic social skills, we have adopted programs similar to those used in corporate training.
