For High School Teachers
In recent years, in an era of universal university admission, the importance of vocational schools where students can acquire specialized qualifications and skills that are directly linked to employment has been increasing.
どのように自分の将来の職業を決定していいのかわからない...
何が自分に向いているのかが分からない...
進路説明会などでもそういった悩みを抱えている高校生が多くいらっしゃいます。
When we thought about how we could help students choose their future paths, we decided that what our school could do was to provide them with information.
About our school's initiatives
At our school, we place great importance on the idea of "always looking back and providing what is best for students," and we regularly implement detailed proposals for improvement.
Here I would like to introduce some of the initiatives being undertaken at our school.

Survey of graduates
This is a survey aimed at students graduating from the school, in which they are asked about areas for improvement and what they felt was good about their classes and school life.
Survey on class progress
Current students are asked about their satisfaction with each and every class.
We create a questionnaire for each instructor and use it to improve our classes.
Conducting subject meetings
This is a meeting held once a month where teachers who teach the same subject meet to regularly discuss the current progress of lessons and areas for improvement.
All lecturers meeting
This is a meeting where all instructors gather to discuss students' situations and classes and share information.
Curriculum and syllabus revision
We review and improve our curriculum every year to meet the needs of the world and our students.
Original lessons
In order to improve students' basic social skills, we have adopted programs similar to those used in corporate training.
Example: Cultivating basic skills for working life! SANKO Future Design Program
Check1 qualification
A unique backup system to expand possibilities even by 1%
Extensive test preparation
Depending on the test, supplementary lessons are held regularly after school starting one month before the exam. Teachers will teach you individually about weak points and areas of anxiety, so you can approach the exam with peace of mind.
Confectionery hygiene seminar held
Every year, we hold a free seminar for graduates to become a confectionery hygiene specialist. Our school will continue to provide support to graduates who wish to improve their skills even after graduation.
Check2 Practical training
Improve your skills through intensive "on-site" programs
By seeing with your own eyes, feeling with your heart, and observing the site from various angles, you can turn your aspirations and images into concrete aspirations.
A comprehensive training program for each department
Each department offers a variety of practical training sessions to help students acquire knowledge and skills that will be useful in the workplace.
Check3 Consistent support
From enrollment to employment, the homeroom teacher is in charge without division of labor
