"On-site training" allows you to observe and experience work at an actual workplace. The training locations are various, including top sports teams, club teams, universities, and high schools. At the workplace, you will learn real knowledge and skills that can only be obtained in the actual workplace, from keeping athletes in good condition to coordinating work, under the supervision of professionals active at the forefront.

I gained experience in providing training guidance to players. I was able to watch game footage and discuss with the trainers the areas in which I needed to support them.
There is a lot to gain from on-site experience! I learned a lot, such as cueing that suits each player, where to stand during training, and how to communicate. By asking the trainers and teachers at school about questions that arose during the training, I was able to deepen my understanding. I also felt that my work was rewarding because I could see the connection between my growth and the growth of the players.
